On behalf of the Exhibits Committee, we sincerely appreciate your interest in attending the first Georgia Libraries Conference, co-sponsored by the Georgia Association for Instructional Technology (GAIT) and the Georgia Library Association (GLA), October 4-6, 2017, at the Columbus Convention & Trade Center in Columbus, GA.
We have a number of activities planned to give your organization maximum exposure including no-conflict exhibits-only times.
Exhibition space this year will be in the South Exhibit Hall. Set-up will be on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Tentative exhibit hours on Thursday, October 5, 2017, will be 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. and on Friday, October 6, 2017, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Exhibits-only times will be scheduled on both days, and security will be provided.
To ensure your registration, please complete the Registration Packet at the link at the bottom of the page. Once you return this form to the address provided with full payment, you will be assigned your booth. Notification of booth assignments will be sent out later in the summer. To assure inclusion in the printed program, completed registrations should be received by August 31, 2017, though registrations will continue to be accepted after that date if space permits.
